Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using AngelGuard Prayer (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. The App is operated by CCC Impact B.V. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

AngelGuard Prayer provides spiritual protection content including prayers with audio, a spiritual guide, educational courses on spiritual warfare, a community prayer room, and related features. The App is designed for informational and devotional purposes.

• The App is not a substitute for professional spiritual direction, counseling, therapy, or medical care.
• For serious spiritual concerns, always consult a priest or qualified spiritual director.
• The Spiritual Guide provides general information based on Catholic teaching. It is not a priest and cannot provide sacraments, absolution, or official spiritual direction.
• In cases of suspected demonic activity, contact your local Catholic diocese.

The App offers a free tier with limited access and a premium subscription that unlocks all content. Subscriptions are managed through Apple's App Store.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings
• No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods

When using community features (Prayer Room), you agree to:

• Be respectful and supportive of other users
• Not post offensive, harmful, or inappropriate content
• Not share personal contact information of others
• Not use the community for commercial purposes or solicitation

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these guidelines.

The Spiritual Guide feature provides guidance based on Catholic teaching and spiritual warfare principles. Responses may contain inaccuracies. You should verify important spiritual guidance with a qualified priest or spiritual director. You must consent to the disclaimer before using this feature.

All content in the App, including prayers, courses, audio recordings, and design elements, is owned by CCC Impact B.V. or used with permission. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. CCC Impact B.V. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Netherlands.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
