Refund Policy

Every new membership starts with a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial. You can cancel anytime from your account settings before the trial ends and you will not be billed.

If you are unhappy with your AngelGuard monthly or annual membership for any reason within 30 days of your first paid charge, we will refund you in full. No questions, no hoops.

Email hugo@cc-community.com from the address on your account within 30 days of your charge and ask for a refund. We will process it to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Lifetime memberships are refundable within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, lifetime purchases are final.

Digital downloads from the shop are refundable within 14 days of purchase if you have not downloaded the file. If you have downloaded it and something is wrong (corrupt file, wrong product delivered), email us and we will either replace the file or refund you in full.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by emailing us. After cancellation:

• You will retain access until the end of your current billing period
• You will not be billed again
• We will not automatically delete your account or data
