Healing from Unforgiveness

Lord, I am carrying something toxic, and I know it. Unforgiveness. It sits in my chest like a stone. It colors every thought about that person. It replays the offense like a video on loop. "Get rid of all bitterness, rage and anger, brawling and slander, along with every form of malice. Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other, just as in Christ God forgave you." — Ephesians 4:31-32 Lord, I know what You are asking me to do. And it feels impossible.
